Just curious to know which team you'll lean towards on GF day.

Will the Swans beat West Coast like they beat the Cats in '92 and '94? Seeing West Coast lose would that be somewhat like revenge to see them cop it like you did back then? Or is this something that you don't even think about?

Or do you just have a general dislike for Sydney simply because it's NSW?



Commiserations on a tough year, but I'm sure you guys will bounce back next year and give the top 8 (or even top 4) a real good shake!

I will be barracking for Sydney. I was only young when we lost the 92,94 GF against the Eagles so it is not an issue for me, I just think their supporters are bunch of ********s and will be unbearable if they win. That said I think they are heading into the GF this year with an improved team and will turn the tables on the swans.

WC...couldn't stand to see Sydney win back to back with the yawnfest style of play they **** out every week. However, I plan to be legless that day...so I'm not really too fussed. I'm just happy I don't have to work a grand final day for the first time in 3 years

People dont hate sydney because their NSW, people hate them because of the ****ing boring **** footy they play, and as for Geelong people hating Sydney because of last years semi and so on thats bull****, We hate them because they play **** footy.

Toughy, surfsup! Revenge against the Weagles (not that I remember the games) doesn't counterbalance my loathing for all things Sydney (crosses myself), but I'll stick with my old edict of supporting the Champion Team over the Team of Champions.

I'm on that bandwagon. We've got no reason to love the Swans, but you have to respect the club as a whole - I wish Geelong had their drive and work ethic.

I've always liked the Eagles, and they earned my respect when they beat us in 92 and 94. The swans I've never had much time for either, and while I was pleased for them last year (70 years makes our drought seem pretty tame), this year **** em.
