Looks like Schmidt and Phillips had a blinder.
Also, Brabazon has been in our best for about 4 weeks straight now - surely he would be a chance in the next few weeks.
So what are the changes everyone would make?
Here's what I think.
In: Schmidt, Moore, Laidlaw
Out: J Bolton, McVeigh, Fosdike
Won't happen though.
Phillips might be a risky proposition. We have so many players running at less than what they're capable of. And he's always been an add-on sort of player. It' almost a luxury to be able to trial him at our forwards' feet. Not sure if taking a punt on another rookie-type is what we need right now.
In: Phillips, Schmidt (Why the **** did they drop him in the first place?), Laidlaw
Out: Crouch, Bevan, McVeigh
That seems a bit realistic, however this is what i really want to see:

Part of the problem with Phillips is that on the few occasions he has played seniors, he's been used as a midfielder. Maybe he can make it in the midfield over the longer term when he's added a bit more size, but not yet. And he's not delivered on the scoreboard enough to justify his spot because he's been not been lurking at the feet of Hall and O'Loughlin.
I'm am puzzled as to whether he's being instructed to run as far up the ground as he has been, or if it is just an instinct from lower level footy that he hasn't got out of. You'd think it was probably the former, but even Schneider didn't play that far up the ground in his first year, and he was a darn sight chunkier than Phillips is at the moment.
In round 1 Auskick was just hanging back waiting for the ball to find it's way to him. It's got to be the opposite, he has to burrow himself under a few packs and find the ball - He's likely to cop one high which will mean a free kick and set shot at goal.

Its just not him in the first its even Davis had it happen as well maybe give the young fella a chance but have said before this year swans look alittle selfish and BBB and MOL demand it to much when there are 2 or three againts them so they shouldn let the seeks come in to play like Schmidt Phillips MooreApparantly Auskick was very well fed by Schmidthouse and Moore. In the two's he is looked for and gives the goods.
I guarantee that if he was playing in the firsts he would be ignored and would have to fight for every possession which is hard to do on the forward line with BBBH charging all over the place.
