When the same decision making and skills have been a problem all year and yet nothing has changed including the same players getting picked, yeah it has a fair bit to do with the coach. If the players skills aren't up to it, drop them.

Get your point and agree to an extent. We have to take in to account that some changes have been forced due to injury (which we’ve copped pretty hard at times). Our depth is still suffering from the trade ban, we’ve drafted well but the kids are exactly that, they are kids.

I agree that Longmire deserves criticism but don’t think he deserves the level of criticism he cops on the board.
