Defenders
Wooshette (Coney Island Warriors) - The All-SFA full back continues to impress, this week racking up 12 disposals and 6 marks as well as keeping Wonders full forward okeydoke7 to just 2 kicks for the game.

Freakie (Roys FFC) - The best full back of the round was Roys veteran Freakie, who kept controversial full forward Sterge to kick 2 kicks and 2 behinds. It wasn't enough to deliver his side the win, but it was still a huge performance from the defender.

jackenny (East Side Hawks) - It was a terrible day for the Hawks defence but the one upside was back pocket jackenny. With ABray10 and lion around combining for 15 goals, jackenny kept his opponents to just 1 major and 4 kicks whilst picking up 20 touches from the back pocket.

rickety (Sin City Swamprats) - The sole silver lining for the Swampies this week was rickety's form off half back. An often forgotten member of the Sin City backline, he picked an impressive 26 disposals and 7 marks, keeping Pie 4 Life to just 1 goal and beating him for disposals.

dogs105 (West Coast Wonders) - dogs was up against the all-conquering Warriors and stood up to be best on ground for West Coast. Played at CHB, dragged down 12 marks and dished out 24 disposals.

Ljp86 (Dragons FFC) - It wasn't much of a contest in the Dragons back line this week, conceding just 6 goals, but the performance of 400-game SFA legend Ljp86 can't go unnoticed. 11 disposals wasn't terrific but his ability to keep Swamprats CHF I Dont Care to just 2 touches and 6 DT points was a defensive masterclass.

Midfielders
_Cayz_ (Bombers) - Should be leading the Bombers best and fairest at this stage and is one of the few that can put their hands up and say they are doing their best. Another great midfield performance from the ex-Fury who finished with 23 disposals, 8 tackles and a goal in a thrilling head to head match up with BRAB.

BRAB (Gumbies) - Another big week off-field backed up by a bigger one on-field. It was a gritty 18 point win over the Bombres, holding off a late charge, and BRAB managed 25 touches and 8 tackles towards the cause, a best on ground performance.

StFly (Gumbies) - Gumby stalwart StFly wound back the clock against Baghdad and ended up with leather poisoning. 23 touches and 12 marks on a wing is a huge effort and he kicked an important goal as well.

Freofalcon (Coney Island Warriors) - Once again, the second best ruckman of the round but due to some positional changes gets the main position. Improved vastly on his tap work, finishing with 16 hit outs, 27 touches and 5 tackles.

Doctor Gero (Las Vegas Bears) - The often maligned Bears vice captain finally put in a decent performance this season, and provided much needed grunt in the midfield with 23 touches, 8 tackles and 2 goals.

BoshtrichBurger (Coney Island Warriors) - The tackling machine of the round finished with 12 hugs to go with 15 disposals, the lockdown unit for the Warriors in Round 5.'
Forwards
cats2rise (Mount Buller Demons) - He mightn't have kicked any goals, but ex-captain C2R still had an amazing game off a flank for the Demons. He proved to be the vital link in the chain on many occasions and ended up with 34 touches and 9 marks.

ABray10 (Mount Buller Demons) - The upstart rookie put on an absolute masterclass against the Hawks, with a huge return of 9 goals putting him in equal first for the Fred Medal. He's had a couple of big games now and is on track to make himself a star.

Pie 4 Life (Dragons FFC) - Pie 4 Life's performances at half forward this season just keep getting better and better. 23 touches (Dragons' best), 6 marks, 3 tackles and 100 DT points in the win over the Swamprats and he could be putting his name forward for All-SFA selection.

lion around (Mount Buller Demons) - With the Demons leading by 40 points at three quarter time, forward pocket lion around took it upon himself to punish the Hawks further by piling on 4 final quarter goals. He finished the day with 6 goals from 8 kicks, an elite forward pocket performance.

Blacky (Gold City Royals) - One of the all-time losing performances from a Sweet FA player. Kicked an incredible 9 goals of his side's 18 and nearly dragged the Royals across the line. 98 Dream Team points to go along with his 11 kicks.

Tigerturbulance (Fighting Furies) - The best ruckman of the round but I couldn't not include him in the forward line for TOTW. His 20 hit outs gave his teammates first use of the qooty but it was his 5 goals that made the ultimate difference in a 6 point win over the previously unbeaten Roys.

Interchange

gym4life (Las Vegas Bears) - There were so many good rucking performances this week that I had to include 3 of them. G4L has been a monster in his new position so far this season and continued along that vein with 17 hitouts, 30 touches and 5 tackles in his side's close win.

This Is Anfield (Fighting Furies) - Statistically speaking, TIA is one of the better players in the SFA at the moment and continued their form into Round 5, ending up with 30 touches and 9 marks.
