It’s funny. Bit over 12 months ago every man and his dog was drooling over Stacky, how talented he was, how far he’d come etc.

Bloke makes one stuff up - a stuff up where he’s sticking up for his mate I might add - plus he’s come from an ordinary upbringing, and all of a sudden he’s this and that and we have to get rid of him.

Bloke has only just turned 20 and is trying to learn a totally new and demanding life compared to the disadvantaged one he’s come from. Give him at least a bit of time. Ffs....

Agree. He’s coming from a long way back Stackman but it’s clear he totally understands the opportunity he’s been given, that he’s jeopardised that, and let’s therefore hope this is but a bad stumble on the way to him becoming a man. A Richmond man.

Continually late to training came back in terrible shape from the Covid break despite having a program to follow! We were the only ones to take a risk on the kid and he has shat in his hand and thrown it back in the clubs and supporters faces I can’t believe how many people are backing him

Im sick of people making excuses for them, they farked up royally and they knew the rules like every other listed player. Dimma would be extremely dissapointed with Stack esspecially I think deep down he loves this kid and really wanted him to make it. This scenario was drummed into them constantly by the club and they still decided to deceive the them. I question why the media and or police aren't doing their best to find and charge the furkknuckle the threw the punch. It makes me sick that this vital incident had been glossed over. What would have happened it CCJ ended up in hospital unconscious?
Everyone needs to realise they deliberately went out of their way to deceive the club and team mates.

I broke plenty of rules and let down plenty of people willfully when I was that age and learned from the consequences, but wasn't hung for it.

But they’re young guys who have made a blue, blowing off some steam, carrying on as mates and got caught out. Hardly criminal behaviour, and it’s going to cost them plenty. Way, way more than nearly every young kid that’s stuffed up. Should it cost them their careers, reputations etc? F*** no.

Back in a three week stint 20-odd years ago I fell asleep blind at my cousins wedding during the speeches and smashed a tray of ports, drove my mates dads car into his parents lounge room and fingered my then-girlfriends mate in a taxi just after dropping off said girlfriend. Sure I felt bad as hell at the end of it (not the girlfriend part, she was a b*tch), but you live and learn. Time passes, and you turn out alright.

These guys are going to live it out in the media, in public, with losers like talkback radio callers, social media idiots and every chatterbox on the street judging them. Most of us just fade into obscurity after our tumbles, but not these lads. And all on wages of possibly $100k a year, if that? Cut em some slack (pun intended).

And don’t get me started on Andy Maher and that Bulldogs loser he hangs out with. A couple of pathetic dweebs that have never had any fun in their miserable lives. Maher especially can jam his holier than thou schtick right up his arse until he finds out his kids are getting spit roasted on Saturday nights whilst mainly using their iPhones to do lines off. Might be a change of tune then. Softc***.

Let's be honest this shit is overhyped due to covid hysteria. In a normal season we would be praising stack for defending Jones and youd get losers like whankley fake praising us going , LOOK AT THE CULTURR ON AND OFF THE FIELD THEY PROTECT THEIR MATES OFF IT.

covid has ****ed many peoples year and lives this year, footballers aren't immune some aren't used to it and do things that they would.usually do but now it's wrong. Hence you get these rules being broken. Punish them yes. But stop the carry on of sackings , stripping of points etc. They are humans too.

yeah but, the guy could have bought COVID back into our club, and effectively ended our season, even killed people, let alone no premiership, potentially our window closed.

I agree !00% with you - although disappointed in what has happened, they don't deserve the vitriol being spewed at them. People need to get a grip and put it in real perspective, not the media perspective. They are being punished enough, without our own turning the heat up. The stuffed up, they know it, move on.

I’d give him a clip over the ear call him a dickhead and ask him what he was thinking!! We were the only club to take a punt on him! And has let the club down on a few occasions!! As a member I feel like like he’s taking the piss!

There's literally zero evidence they were ever inside the strippers. Get over the media hype, mate. They were never in a strip club, never had any problems in a strip club and never got kicked out of a strip club. They were in a kebab shop and some campaigner accosted them outside the kebab shop.

The only things they did wrong was take an uber (AFL covid rules) and to go to a disallowed site (another AFL covid rule limiting sites of access) which was the kebab shop.

The "disallowed site" was bullshit anyway as "take away" was allowed, which you'd think kebab shops qualify.
