TEAM SPECIFIC FORUMS

Site traffic is at a level where I'd like to open some forums for particular teams.

"Which teams will get their own forums?" I hear you ask.

Well, to open a forum for a specific team I need the vote of ten registered members.

So if you'd like to see a forum for your team, register as a site user and reply to this message putting the name of your team in the reply. Once ten different registered users vote for a particular team I'll open a new forum!

If you're looking for Collingwood boards go to magpies.org.au where you will find a couple of links to brilliant boards. They are run by supporters so anything goes.

To the out of order Eagle_Fan,

I'm feeling less than miserable this week!

Apart from Senor Skase, I think I'm one of the only Port fans who visits here regularly, so I don't think there'd be much traffic (other than TROLLS) on a Port specific forum. I'll stick to the ones at http://www.portnewszone.com/

BTW, that fans' forum at the Cows web site really is a chuckle - check it out and see a club tearing itself to pieces!

Good point on existing forums. I find that the official web site pages are more prone to censorship than independant forums (fora?).

One more vote for a Don's forum here, but frankly, like Arch and most of the folks here I think I prefer the unbiased interaction btn supporters.

Bluey can't the site just buy some more server capacity and maybe rent some more bandwidth for peak periods?
