Tex rubbed out for a push

Frampton got a 3 game suspension. I wonder how many games he would have gotten if he was still playing for Adelaide. 4, 5 perhaps?

Tex would be out for the season.

Collingwood have said they'll appeal. So watch him get off with nothing while Tex sits out for a push.

Eddie i correct
Wicks actually concussed someone and was not cited. The AFC should have pursued it to the next level.

He didn't show the Owen's one from the same game or the ones from the pies game that we're talked about during the coverage .

Oh, and how did Bailey Smith not get a fine for wrestling Peatling?

3 weeks

I remember he got suspended constantly in 2012 for just throwing his weight around. He terrorised defenders, especially that Stephen Morris guy who was a meme around these parts for a while.

He still kicked 63 goals.

Yeah that article mentions his previous poor record 😂 Technically he got 3 weeks, up to 4 weeks with his bad record, back down to 3 with an early plea.

Frampton is grateful he does not play for Adelaide as he got off. No fine, no suspension.

Truth is Walker and Frampton should have never been suspended in the first place.

It might come back to bite Adelaide later in the season, somebody could get suspended for a crucial game not because they meant to cause harm but because they play for Adelaide and that we have a passionate supporter base.

What’s his beef with us anyway
My mate told me years ago, Christian was on RSN radio that he'd listen to. He'd mention how he hated the Crows.... A few years later, he's part of MRP, then he's MRO, now we cop all this crap that others clubs don't. Can't have 1 person holding all that power.

Amazing.

So you bump someone, they ricochet off another player and hit their head on the ground. They get a concussion. Instant 3 weeks. WE MUST PROTECT THE HEAD.

Tackle someone and without intent, drive their head into the ground. They break their neck. Have to take the person being tackled actions into account. No suspension.

Push a player into a marking contest that results in visit to the hospital. No report.

Guide a player off their line in a marking contest. Solid collision. No head impact. No injury. 1 week upheld at appeal.

Seems like a legit league doing legit things.

Tex was never in the marking contest. That’s the only difference between him and the other similar incidents. His ‘force’ was actually much less than the 2 others posted here and they weren’t even mentioned by MRP. I guess that’s where the ‘unreasonable’ test comes into it. But that’s a guess.
