I don't know about anyone else, but that house in Toorak Shelly showed Eliza was bloody awful, IMO.
That's what we all thought last year but it didn't happen. If they believe they can get $3 million + for each house then they won't undercook the reserves IMHO. I haven't seen them do it yet in 17 seasons. The show will have to just give them way low reserves, to give them a shot.
Yeah they say that pretty much every week, but I think this time they're for real lollooks like some very unfinished/not been able to enter rooms at all for room reveals Sunday.
That sucks.from memory cause i moved house on the day 10-20mm was supposed to fall, i think there was a fair bit of rain that day
Good advertisement for a potential buyer, a waterlogged house.
When I was in Melbourne a few months back, we drove past. Thr houses where apparently finished, but there were trades everywhere. There was a stack of plaster board in the garage of house 3.I can't fathom who would buy these houses seeing all the issues with them. Cracks in the walls that they aren't replacing, rapid re-stumping, shortcuts everywhere, invariably shitty painting. They're still doer-uppers when they're sold.
