Warnock has to play.Out: SPS, Cripps, Doc and Kreuzer
IN: White, Thomas, Thornton and Russell
Warnock has to play.
Ackland has earned his spot surelyI think Cameron Wood is ahead at this stage.
You want to drop a tall for a slower and taller player because we are top heavy? How does that help?On a more serious note, SOSOS has been a bit quiet of late and hasn't had a 'huge' game this year unfortunately although he's had some pretty good games...still slightly built and has looked a little sore/slow lately. Happy to see him play AFL but equally as happy to see him play a few VFL games this year.
Macreadie as well should probably play mostly VFL the rest of this year...no shame in that as a 1st year KPD. Especially if we keep Weitering back, we were way too top heavy vs North imo and Macreadie didn't really do much or have a clear role. Give Jones a crack after the bye.
Wright has been a bit disappointing since the Collingwood game basically. But we know what he CAN do and he provides a bit of extra leadership in our very young forward line so not sure we can afford to drop him yet. If we dropped him for someone like Pickett/Polson, Casboult would be our only senior player up there and he sometimes plays in the ruck...recipe for disaster really. Wouldn't mind seeing him dropped for Thomas, who can play forward/mid.

Makes sense if Weitering goes forward, then Macreadie and another runner also makes sense in that situation. That was more under the proviso Weitering plays forward, or if the MC insist on this tall defence.
Looks like Jones would have played instead of Macreadie vs North if he didn't get injured.
chris bryan shades him just for the thumping kick...........Ackland has earned his spot surely
Laurence Angwin has been in good form lately, get him in whilst he's on such a high.
