I am not talking in absolutes - for all I know 6 200cm players in the front half could be the formula to win a premiership. I am just going off what I watch every week, which is little to no pressure once the ball hits the deck all over the ground, we are dead last when it comes to pressure acts and typically players that provide those pressure acts are not KPP's.

Keep following the crowd - not sure what you are trying to suggest here, I am just posting my opinion. Maybe you should just talk to other posters on here who enjoy your echo chamber.

No, the echo chamber is people (the majority) needing someone or something to blame for our performances, rather than just accepting right here and now we are extremely young, too young, which ultimately should rest with the list management team, if someone needs to point the finger.

What instead happens is that either Bolton, gameplan, MC and or the football department, is in people's line of scope, rather than the realistic, simplistic facts as to how young and inexperienced we are currently. More stats are regurgitated over and over, like it will change overnight, yet it will change when we mature

My original post in this thread is around supporters expectations being in line with club expectations for this season, and those have obviously not been met - analysing where our performance is falling down is not the same as blaming individuals.

I think most supporters from all clubs would perhaps have higher, at times, unrealistic expectations compared to club views

She relays the same message multiple times per year. SOS has too much power in the club, Bolton has been thrown under the bus, MLG has to resign, the rebuild has been a failure etc. Literally multiple times a year.

It gets tedious for everyone.

If Carlton are hurting the competition then why did the AFL not give us a priority pick last year and why haven't they stepped in to help like they did with Melbourne?
Melbourne were not travelling as bad as we are yet they were so worried about them they convinced Roos to coach them, paid his contract and put in a CEO to sort them out.

Not Carlton related, but can I just put it out there how much I love "On the Mark" on fox footy. It's a really underrated show and it's absolutely criminal that these talented woman only get 30 minutes a week for their insightful, interesting, emotional interviews while buffoons like Gerard and Slobbo are handed an hour almost every day for their drivel.

I think we can only apportion blame if something is a proven failure. It most certainly isn't.
Posters can proclaim the sky is falling but our players arent interested in that crap. They want to win and get some respect. Two more years. Yes thats what is ahead. Thats to get some size on enough of them. Even then they are only at the readiness stage physically. Thats not to say they wont win games before then. Its just that consistency we are hoping for takes the most time.
List management did what it was tasked with. A total rebuild.
