The light of evidence for God? What light would this be?

Well some people speak about an inner light, that helps to guide the way to truth....A spark of reason, or inner voice of conscience are other descriptors....A candle has often been used to symbolize such a light....Indeed, we have an entire epoch of western, European history, dedicated to this very notion & idea.

Lucifer has a thirst for worship!? If Lucifer is thirsty for worship then God's thirst for worship is akin to severe dehydration.

You probably missed one of my previous comments. No, God is neither a tyrant nor does He need a single one of us to worship Him! That is why He gave us free will. You are free to choose who or what you want to worship. No one's going to hold a gun over your head and force you to worship God. God will continue to live in eternity if you don't worship Him. His existence does not depend on whether you or I worship Him. Common misconception is that worship is something grievous. It is not. Once anyone experiences the goodness that is unlike anything of this world, they will know what I'm talking about.

Lucifer on the other hand, he only has one way to get people to worship him and that's through deception. After all, he isn't known as the father of lies for nothing. You would have to be completely deceive to not see past the evil in him. Starting from the fact that you of all people, faithless, actually believe that God has more thirst for worship than Lucifer does.

I know in a society that is entirely secular, it's hard to believe anything exists beyond the physical realm. I've witnessed the manifestation of good and evil before I turned 18. You can call me whatever names that came to mind, I've probably heard them a hundred times over. All I can say is that if you are faithless, want nothing to do with religion, you won't have to worry about opposition in terms of the forces of darkness (spiritual). They know you are unlikely to find the truth due to your stubbornness to your beliefs or non-beliefs if you wish. There's no point of oppression to a person who willingly accepts their agenda.

Hence in secular countries where people openly renounce God and anything supernatural, you are less likely to find people who testify to these things. Even most Christians you meet will not have experienced the supernatural, they are more carnal (physically) minded. People in secular societies already do the work (knowingly or unknowingly) for these forces of darkness which past generations of my family have come to face.

That being said, those of you that follow global news and events will be aware of the push to form a one world government, religion, and currency. We became more accustomed to this after the event of 9/11, before that it was the "conspiracy theorists" and "bible thumpers" who were crazy for suggesting this agenda. This agenda that is being presented is now the physical manifestation of the plans for the forces of darkness. Their spiritual agenda is subservient devotion to only one being who I'm sure most of you will be familiar with as Lucifer or Satan.

Yes, you may suggest God is no different, however God is worshipped 24/7 by willing beings both in heaven and on earth, both human and spiritual beings. God won't force you to worship and obey Him and nor will I. Lucifer on the other hand, in his quest to be God will go at lengths to deceive many to worship him. The implementation of the one world order will be his last play. The world may seem calm to many especially in secular societies, but there is a war raging on in the heavens which will and is slowly making it's way into the physical world.

I've also see the Pope pop up in the discussion here. He is one of many pushing the forces of darkness agenda, calling for all religions to come as one for "peace and security". The practices that goes on behind closed doors at the Vatican is the main reason for the breakaway of Protestants and Evangelicals. Unfortunately, the forces of darkness have slowly infiltrated those as well to taint the truth and hide it from people. Prove of this is the way "Christians" behave today. I'm sure some of you atheists have lots of experiences in calling out the hypocritical behaviour by some of them.

In summary, the only chance you have of experiencing the world beyond the physical realm is one through the forces of good those obedient to a Creator like no other. However this chance diminishes really quickly once you dismiss the existence of God. Remember, you currently have no opposition in the forces of darkness because of your current stance and non-belief.

You're asking the wrong bloke; Total Power isn't an atheist. I am, and I don't believe that anything in existence was created with a purpose or intention. The very idea then suggests a creator. TP, from my understanding subscribes to god being everything and everything being god. TP's beliefs seem to me, putting it simply, as lying somehwere between polytheism and agnosticism.

Eastern religions are not polytheistic at all, they are all monothestic, ofcourse from the outside it may seem so, but its not the case. Pantheistis dont believe in a literal god, neither we believe in an intervening god, hence we have a god and we dont have a god at the same time and pantheists dont worship or pray to anything (not to be confused with paganism). We can be atheists or agnostics but never theists. Consider this, if you replace god with nature, i am sure you can appreciate that all of us are governed by nature and laws of physics. Pantheists consider the laws of nature to be divine and humans being a part of nature. Christians (several schools), believe creation is by a supernatural entity sitting in heaven and judging people for the same "free will" he has given them. There is a big difference between these 2 belief systems. Christian god was an intervening god, specially in NT and OT. ( I dont agree with this interpretion of Bible, but as far as i understand BT believes in a God, which loving caring kind, watching out for all of us, and judging us for our acts on earth). This is strictly what Pantheism is NOT about.

Its important to note that the fundamentals of Pantheism is that it centres around the belief that there is no conscious 'God' like being in existence. The view is that everything in the Universe is worthy of appreciation and dare I say it: worship.But as i said above having said that, it's important to note that Pantheists do not worship any higher being. We human beings don't even register a speck in the grand scheme of things.

Like in Old Testament? Pantheism is not about god speaking to the heart of the people at all. Panthiesm is not "theism" its more nontheism. The fact that the light is inside you, (being a part of the universe/god), hence you dont pray (again this is not paganism).If I replace the word God with the word Nature, then I become a pantheist. And I really do believe that humans are going towards either the direction of massive self-destruction or the direction of massive reverence towards nature as a caregiver. But none of my beliefs have anything to do with a fictional, human-like character in the sky. So it really is a matter of wording and language. I feel free to replace the word "god" with the word "nature", as my religion is ultimately a deeply personal reflection of my perspective on my life and setting. And I'm fairly ambivalent to what others think about my belief (or non-belief) system.

I identify as a pantheist. For a few reasons...

1. I am not a nihilist. I believe in the earth, I believe in myself, I believe in the couch I'm sitting on. I am real.
2. I respect and care for nature, as nature provides us with food, water, companionship, and, well, nature. I believe in nature.
3. I believe that humans are a part of nature.

I am not sure if you fit this criteria at all, cause you are more of a pantheistic pagan than pantheist.

I didn't intent for it to sound condescending. I guarantee you that if you were to awake to the spiritual realm, you would be acquainted with good and evil in less then a day.

In other words, what I meant is that knowingly or mostly likely unknowingly you agree with their agenda. There's no point oppressing someone who agrees with you.

Unfortunately, claiming access to the mind of gods tends to paint one as somewhat deluded. The only encounter one can have with good and evil, if there be such things, is in their naming. Otherwise, it's mere opinion about phenomena.

You say we have free will and that no one has a gun to our heads, yet the threat of burning for eternity in the pits of hell isn't a much more significant threat? If we don't praise God, if we don't accept him in our lives or even believe that he exists, then we are doomed.

How do we have free will when God already knows our fate before we're even born? An omniscient God knows everything we'll ever do - our fate is sealed before we act it out. We're merely going through the motions of our own destinty.

You say these things about Lucifer, but really, we are just hearing one side of the story. For all we know, God is the evil tyrant who has banished Lucifer to hell and has written a pile of libelous crap about him. God has cut off all dialogue and Lucifer then has then had little ability to exercise his right of reply.

We wouldn't accept such a kanagroo court system in our society, so why does God exercise this? Because he knows everything and is beyond reproach? Bullshit! God is the only one who hates his creations. They only serve one purpose which is to feed his insatiable vanity.

All of the evidence suggests that God is actually Satan and God is a master of deception. He is deceiving people into believing that their own moral compass is useless, and that everything we need to know about how to be a good person is in the Bible.

I look forward to be aquainted with Lucifer after my death. I don't want to go to Heaven with a bunch of pious, condescending arseholes. I look forward to hearing Lucifer's version of events and forming my own opinion. Because, impartiality is the way of the faithless heathen that I am.

I've had my fair share of epiphanies. We are taught though to only listen to the small quiet voice. Basically if you are hearing voices get help.

But as a great man once said " Don't bother God too much just get on the job" As in we know what to do with the New Testament ...everything is there for happiness etc.
