Some posters are taking this thread way too seriously. It sounds like it was created just to acknowledge the way the club has been going since the Geelong game, when everyone, including ourselves thought that at the end of the season we'd be 0 and 22.
For those bagging out Kingy. Yeah, well he won't be part of our next flag and probably not part of our next finals campaign. He's a battler. But he hasn't gone backwards or even stagnated this season. Like a lot of his mates, he has actually worked hard and improved his game, even it still isn't in the top echelon of the club.
Seriously, some people need to read between the lines.

Nah, not taking it too seriously. I just have an opinion as to where we're at and where we should be. Nothing wrong with saying sorry but let's actually beat someone decent before we do.

As for Kingy, and Edwards and Graham for that matter, jeez some people have got short memories..... They earn and have earnt more money a year for the last few years than probably 95% people on this board, me included. Their job is to play competitive footy, and hit targets etc....Its not a love job tug, so why the hell should anyone get paid a fortune for 'putting in' and 'not going backwards'. Pay me $100K+ a year and I'll do that in a heartbeat and I'll throw in mowing Dimma's lawns for free.

Anyway will leave you guys to it on this thread, most of it has been good value, sorry I brought of bit of reality to mid season tiger head fantasies!

I made the thread because we are doing well, jesus, people do deserve their pat on the back.

I'm sure some footballers browse BigFooty sometimes, they gotta, their lives are not THAT busy.

If we keep discouraging everyone - even if they are progressing and developing, then we are the muppets.

Everyone needs to start being more positive, the majority of the Richmond board are, there are just a few negative nancys lurking around.
