How much are you paying the NMFC for this commercial?

I suppose you have no interest in promoting this here to gleen money out of North supporters?

I urge all North supporters to only attend this event if it is free, otherwise donate your attendance money to the NMFC, and NOT the Maribyrnong Park Football Club.

The club decided years ago to spend all their money on the players instead of facilities. They are still yet to put a fence around their postage stamp sized ground so it would be impossible to force people to pay for entry. They make their money from the pre game luncheon.

I'm not too sure why they are still advertising it, there is a chance of rain tomorrow and there is a max total of 5 square meters of undercover viewing.

This board is full of precious nuff nuffs complaining about nothing.
I found the game info informative, and the whinging afterwards boring.

Fair enough, I stand corrected.

I found the info useful too. It is only a club footy game afterall - not a bank trying to make more profits.

One more bit of info please...does anyone know what time the game starts?

I would have thought 2.10 though I have heard 2.30...

Honestly I was keen on seeing him play, but I will not go down to the ground and try and catch a glimpse of him, especially with the chance of rain.

It's a shame he didn't accept Anthony Rock's offer to play down at Greenvale where you can comfortably fit double the people and have the ability to watch the game in your car like local footy should be!

Headlines,
"The King turns back the clock & kicks 10 in a totally dominant display reminiscent of his days with the Kangaroos"

Brad Scott requests urgent pow wow with the King...

Geezus, some of you!!! grrrr:mad::mad:

The man is playing suburban footy which could do with a boost. Get off your computers and get there and see a champion kick the pig skin around. Especially you negative nellies who I think didn't see ALL of his career from the under 19's and upwards.

Wish I could be there and cheer him on. How nervous do you think he would be feeling??? Huh!!! All that confidence and bravado is for show IMO. Get down there in your North gear and barrack, even if it is for Wayne. Hey at least at suburban games, there is always the barrel afterwards. How excited would some young kids be.
