The Leaks shored up the boards position as correct , instead as the employer the BOARD duty of care to its employers the players
Its not the coaches fault they had to train, when the coaches does not have a say where they play or number of games
No due process, for the COACH the is sacked effects him and is family
i am sure he will sue the board

ps I am a Massive Matilda's fan , and with this playing group having the best chance ever to make the WC final
As they had nothing to do with them.i feel sorry for the players/coaches/ family
You cannot in 5 months , rebuild trust and develop game plans to take the bet in the world ( look what to our guys
i doubt they will get past the group
13 of the players inc the captain supported the coach
I get annoyed when ego driven like Gallop destroy the dreams of the players

Be realistic. Any news about the Matildas prior to the sacking of Stajcic registers only a tiny amount of interest with the public.

Just look at the interest in this thread. I've visited here a few times to see if there's any interest in the upcoming World Cup.

I seriously doubt all the people on social media calling this sacking a feminist agenda, and calling for the sacking of some of the female members on the FFA board could even name 5 players who play for the Matildas before Stajcic got sacked - so to suggest any leak prior to Stajcic being sacked was going to influence what the general public thought is farcical.

Stajcic has also been guilty in past tournaments of not rotating enough players through the matches. The facts of women's football and how players have to earn a living is well known.

The management of the firing is a text book stuff up, SNAFU is the norm at Soccer sadly.

Stajcic has nowhere to go I'd think, if it goes to court its the stuff of a mini series, no winners here.

What I read is that they release a technical report for all competing countries after major tournaments. eg Womens Asia Cup.

Well you could see with your own eyes, despite making the final and playing well in the 1-0 loss to Japan for the Asian Cup, I would think any report would have negatives based on the Matildas performances in that tournament.
