Sounds like his ankle was pretty messed up earlier this year, so I agree it's good news he can return to training. I was expecting his return to be much later in the preseason.

he's been on insta a fair bit lately training his box off out of that bloke's garage with Darcy and the other players. Been doing probably a month or more now inc. running on bitumen.

Liked this bit always thought it was shady af.

Best thing out of The West in awhile. Interesting bit about how 4 of the top 5 players in this draft are born before April I think I only saw one player in the potential top 30 born in the Nov/Dec months (The Carrol kid, I think) but don’t quote me on that.

Cerra and Brayshaw (Oct/Nov) were young’uns in their draft year. Serong was top end of his draft year. Two drafts apart but only 15 months younger than AB.

I'm a baseball fan and one of the Yankees pitchers slapped (not punched) his partner and he was banned for the whole of last years post season and the whole season this year,+ he has to show the club that he has learned from his mistake before he can play again for the club. That is because the MLB commission has a no tolerance policy on domestic violence. There is no way another club should be allowed to pick up Elijah for a period of time. Certainly not for the coming season.
