Freo ran out of legs as I posted earlier in the week.

Poor scheduling by the AFL - Game should have been played Saturday afternoon.

The guru coach Lyon lost Freo the game - Silvagni should have been moved off Walker 5 minutes into the third quarter - They only had Johnson/Dawson/McPhee available - Tippett was never a threat - Davey could have beaten Tippett.

The sad thing is that Walker who is a GUN - Is paid less than an inferior player Tippett.

I'm disappointed Fremantle didn't pull out the victory last night, but they showed signs towards the latter portion of the year that they're going to be a difficult opponent both at home and interstate under Lyon. They were also missing Fyfe and Morabito for extended periods of the year, so they definitely have some class rotating through their midfield should they manage to remain healthy.

We have seen the past month or so what freo can do when Pav is on fire, last night he couldn't fire a shot because of injury and they still nearly stole it. That used to be one of the (many) knocks on freo that when he retired they were screwed. Their future suddenly looks a lot more promising.
