I definitely try to eat breakfast if I'm heading out in the morning as I have a more structured breakfast time, but WFH blurs the line and I just have coffee while I check emails.

I can’t leave the house without 3-4 weetbix to start my day. When I was a teen I skipped breakfast and found it harder to concentrate, exercise etc. Also makes you more prone to snack on sh*t foods
Im toast with Peanut butter and Vegemite everyday. Seems to sustain me to lunch and beats the snack craving too.

I make up a batch of bircher muesli for the week most weekends outside lockdown and work my way through it, fresh apple and oats is a reasonably healthy way to start the day.

I go loosely follow the 16:8 fast which was tough for about 2-3 days to start with. Now I don't even remotely think about eating until close to 11.30ish which is within 30-40 mins of lunch time.

If I've got a full on hectic morning and I get hungry early I'll just eat. Or if I know it'll be a busy day and could be in for a late lunch I'll have something for breakfast.

Yeah Italian guy i worked with put me onto it about a decade ago and now its my go to, works well together. That or Avo and vegemite.
I'll have to give it a try! I'll report back to you my thoughts. Not a fan of avo, both the texture and that it makes my mouth itch (a pretty common reaction).

I can’t skip Breaky, I find it a real struggle to get to lunch on an empty stomach. Porridge or Weet-Bix is usually my go to, some days I’ll make a smoothie as well and have that on my way to work.

How is the audacity on Brad Hazzard. ******* twat.

For asking for vaccines because we helped the other States? I dunno, what's the issue with asking?

We did a lot of the heavy lifting with international arrivals and not closing borders when other states had issues (including Vic earlier this year), so don't think it's that out of line mate.
