The mail I get normally arrive in practically mint condition, but this one international letter I got was ripped apart and it came in my mail box tattered, wtf? How the **** do they do that?

Probably the courier that transported it to Aus. They don't tend to look after packages all that well.

What did we all think of the Oscars?

Loving the Leo memes on the internet. I do agree though that he should have a couple of Oscars sitting on his mantle at home. Terrific actor but just continues to get snubbed. Havent seen Dallas Buyers Club yet but have heard great things. Will seek it out over the next couple of weeks and check out MM's performance.

Was happy for Cate Blancett. Great actress, aussie and so freaking classy and hot. Great lady.

The whole Travolta thing online has been hilarious also.

Gotta love the Oscars. As for best film, havent seen 12 Years a Slave but to me, it just seemed that it was made purely to try to win Oscars. Every movie about slavery wins something. Ive heard good and bad things about it but am yet to see it.

From the 9 films nominated for Best Picture, I had seen Gravity, Wolf of Wall Street, Her and Captain Phillips. I thought Gravity was meh, Her was really interesting but wouldnt say it was the best film of the year. Captain Phillips was good. Hank's final scene in that film reminds you what an amazing actor he is.

But from the films ive seen up for Best Picture, Wolf of Wall Street was my favourite, really entertaining film with some great performances from Leo and Hill.

Want to see American Hustle though and DBC.
