I don't know, Bane was pretty bad ass.

My favorite Batman villain, and felt that Nolan really did him justice in TDKR.

Heath's performance in TDK was pretty much as I'd envisaged the Joker to be, shades of The Killing Joke and The Long Halloween.

The Health Ledger performance was ******* ridiculous, can't believe he's gone

Bane was amazing though, but there has a lot to do with the voice actor

Tom Hardy was always going to be compared with Heath Ledger though, such was the impact of that performance as the Joker.

Glen is like a total Batman nerd, he's gonna school all of us.

I've tried to stay quiet the last day or so as this discussion has focused on comic books/superhero films etc. Don't want my geekness to be known.

But when it comes to Batman, Superman or Transformers, it's erection time.

New ones or the 1984 cartoon version?

Will always be a G1 fan. Nothing the new films dish up will be like that.

The Michael Bay films started off well but just turned to trash. Mindless CGI effects with little story aside from random meaningless storyline revolving around Shia Lebouf. Just needs to focus more on robot on robot action (battles ideally, not necessarily sexual action).

Age of Extinction has me very interested but again I've been fooled by trailers before. Having said that, it's got Optimus riding Grimlock destroying the streets of Hong Kong. How could you not watch it?

As long as Grimlock has that dumb voice and speaks in the third person ill be all over it.

I'm fully expecting Bay to ruin/misuse Grimlock like he did with Shockwave. But hopefully I'm wrong. His voice will be key, totally agree.

At least there's Lockdown as an Aventador. Impressive.

The game yeah

Remembered I was a tiny kid playing pokemon red

Anime was shit though

Japanese comic/manga stuff are way better than the US

Charmander as starter for the win. Bulbasaur had a shitty move list and there were heaps of water choices in place for Squirtle.

Heath as the Joker in Dark Knight though.

What a film. Owns all other super hero films.

Yep, one of my favourite films. That performance was outstanding.

Heath's performance was unbelievable. I remember when I first heard he had gotten the role and I was bit WTFish about it. Boy did he prove me wrong. An amazing performance. I loved the way he captured The Joker as not really someone about money or crime but just as the movie put, wants to watch the world burn. Complete psychopath.

I miss Heath, it's weird. I never met him. He is from my town though but for some reason his death really resonated with me. Im a big lover of film and tv and I think what was really tragic about the loss of Heath was that IMO he was gonna be it. He was the next Brando, DeNiro, Pacino. He was going to be ****ing epic. Then he was gone.

All the immense roles we will miss him playing, his immense talent taken away from us far too early. It really sucks.
