Well, there we go again, never underestimate the power of a great three-shooter, they're the ones that win matches in a pinch!

Reminds me of the 2K11 career mode teaming up with John Wall by creating a guy whose biggest assets was three-point shooting and stealing, and kept the spot in the team by getting many double-doubles in those two stats (blocks? assists? Lol. Was lucky to get one).

Good game all round, but lost it at the end.

Aim is to finish 2nd in the group and avoid the US til the gold medal game. Gave them an almighty scare and if we play like that for the rest of the tournament we are definitely a medal chance

Reckon the boomers lost it at the start of the third - the USA scored 9 unanswered points during that time. But you can't knock them, was a fabulous effort. I turned off before the end - didn't want to see the US celebrations lol

Terrific effort by the Boomers but Bogut's interview after the game was the highlight. He was annoyed they lost and didnt want to hear any bullshit about a great effort or a brave loss. He thinks and I assume the rest of the Boomers think that they can beat the US and on that evidence, they are certainly a chance.

The aim from here though is just to avoid them. If we have to face them again, let's hope it's for a gold medal.

We would have beaten them too if Melo hadnt gone unconscious from deep.

No way she'd blame herself, everyone knew it was going to happen. Racing against the girl who got gold in he individual when you didnt even swim in that final is a good effort
