I think Brighton will be just fine.They are one of the few clubs out of those that aren't perennially in Europe who won't plummet down the table because of Europe. They have plenty of readies, plenty of dour players for the style they play in the Premier League and will not be too severely impacted by European and EPL competition I reckon.
I fear for Brighton though. They are brilliant recruiters of top line players for very reasonable prices but they are a "selling" club and they will, in all probability, lose their two best players in Mac Allister and Caicedo as well as maybe one or two others and just won't have the artillery to fight on two fronts.

I like BHA and hope they do well but I am a bit apprehensive as to whether they can maintain a high Premier League placing whilst they are also involved in Europe.We're already bringing in replacements.
We also have quite a few players out on loan to come back as well as injured players.
It will test out the strategy but you have to test it out at some stage.
We will be active in the transfer market this offseason.
