Being from that area, people don't call, cos if they see you call, you'll end up lying on the pavement next to them. And you'll be surprised how often things like this happen there. People are very un-trusting of cops in poorer areas too.
It's sad, but it's just a fact in that area.

Why would someone think it's ok to walk into someone's residence for the sole purpose of causing trouble ?

people will be more likely to write a bad review rather than a good one so its usually hard to judge a place on just reviews.
