Alrighty then let's make this happen!
Please read this post carefully if you would like to get your hands on this future classic piece of Ports apparel, as it contains all the information you need to place your order and make payment.
Who's making the Ports Cap?
The Ports Cap will be custom made by New Era through Top It Off Hat Co, who are located in Lockport Illinois in the US. We will be ordering two batches, one batch of 39THIRTYs (curved brim cap) and one batch of 59FIFTYs (see the beautiful bomberclifford impression above). Both cap styles will be exactly the same colour-wise; full black with a white "Ports" logo on the front and a white "1870" on the back. The design is subject to final approval by New Era and there is a minimum order of 18 caps per style.
How much is it?
$70 per cap including local delivery within Australia. Both cap styles are the same price and there are no discounts for ordering multiple caps.
What sizes are available?
39THIRTY: S/M, M/L, L/XL
59FIFTY: 6 7/8, 7, 7 1/8, 7 1/4, 7 3/8, 7 1/2, 7 5/8, 7 3/4, 7 7/8, 8
How do I place an order?
Simply complete the order template below and send it to me (Pappagallo) in a PM. Do not post your order in this thread (or any other thread for that matter!). If you're ordering different sizes of the same style just make it clear how many of each size you want (e.g. 1x S/M, 2x M/L). I will also need your postal address details so that I can arrange delivery. I will not share this information with anyone and will destroy it once you have received your order.

How do I make payment?
Once I receive your order I will respond by PM with the details of the bank account that I have opened for this project. This may not happen immediately but I will try my best to check for new orders at least once per day.
When is the payment due?
The traditional Port Adelaide two weeks applies here, so all payments must be received by 5pm ACST on Wednesday the 28th of June 2017. (UPDATE: Due to unforeseen arsepain and subsequent delays the new deadline is now 5pm ACST on Friday the 21st of July 2017) If payment hasn't been received by this time then no Ports cap for you, regardless of whether you have placed an order or not. No money, no Josh Ma-honey.
When will I get my Ports cap/s?
Once the payment period closes I will place the orders with Top It Off, who advise that it generally takes around 3 months for custom cap orders to be manufactured and delivered. It may be slightly longer because we are an international customer, but they will update us with a firm delivery date as soon as they have one.
How did you come up with the price Fappagallo?
The price was influenced by three main factors. The biggest cost is the amount charged by Top It Off, which equates to approximately $45-$50 AUD per cap including delivery to Australia. The order must paid in USD so the exact per unit cost is a bit variable due to the exchange rate. The other main variable here is the local postage cost, which is dependent on package weight and delivery address, but this should be approximately $10-$15. And finally I have added a buffer amount of approximately $5-$10 to cover myself for any unforeseen costs and to ensure that I'm not personally out of pocket.
Where is my money going?
The money is going into a dedicated bank account that I have opened for this project. It's an online saver account in my name and it's free, so it won't cost us anything, but it doesn't have card access. The payment to Top It Off must be done by credit card, so I will need to use my own personal card and then transfer money across from the saver account in order to clear the charge. There will be another transfer done when I do all the local postage.
Who's keeping on eye on all these shenanigans?
Fellow Malbunian Peck has generously agreed to be the auditor of these dealings, so I will be keeping him up to speed on any transactions I make and he'll also do a final review once it's all said and done.
Will you use any leftover money to build a Monorail?
No, I promise! But as long as everything goes to plan there should still be some money left in the bank and it will all be going to a charity of our choice. I was thinking of donating the money to Foodbank SA, but if people would like another charity considered then I'm more than happy to start a Ports Cap Philanthropy Thread and run a poll. Either way it's going to charity, I will not be spending any additional hours refunding loose change to everyone!
Any other questions...
I think I've covered most of it but if you have any other questions please post them ITT and I'll get to them as soon as I can. I won't be able to respond tonight because I've been called into work but I promise to respond to any queries in the next two weeks.

Also please thank bomberclifford and Peck for their time and contributions to this stage, they've been invaluable and much appreciated!
Pappagallo
