i think it's still ok but within reason - dumping really disgusting days old food in other peoples bins is pretty ordinary, likewise putting enough rubbish in so that it fills to the top is poor form.
but at the end of the day unless they see you they wouldn't know who it was...

Shows how poor the tv talent is in Australia when Scott Cam wins a gold logie.
The Block is one of the worst shows of all time and the guy should be executed for taking part in it rather than being given awards.

I've not seen a single minute of the Block. I don't understand why people like renovating so much though. I lived through it three times as a kid and once when we had some work done on this place, and without exception it's horrible. Why people would do it for fun is beyond me.

Back to the bin dilemma..
If you are walking the dog, and said dog unloads her bowels on the nature strip... you do the right thing and pick it up (unless of course it's off a beaten track or well hidden)
Thoughts on using a bin handy on the nature strip to be emptied rather than carrying the bag with you for however long you will take to get home?

Yeah. I hear they've started cleaning up large portions of it though, which is why I think it's best to go fairly soon before it loses it's authenticity.
