Road rules say you have to wait but you almost certainly continue into the roundabout cos youre a campaigner

How do road-workers decide who is on lollipop stop-sign duties?? Are some workers specifically at the site to control traffic and this is all they do?? Or do they rotate through every hour or so?? It seems like it would be inefficient to rotate as each time the 'new' workers would have to be briefed on what needs to be done.

There are contractors that do only traffic control.

Police knocked on my door when I was about 15 and accused me of money laundering via the internet. After talking with me for about 15 minutes they realised that I was clearly not the brains of any operation and confiscated my hard drive etc. 18 months later I got it back, along with the news that some people had used my IP address blah blah computer talk and skimmed millions off people.
