Apparently Poor Pear and Schofield. Also Marty Mattner being interviewed by both us and Poor Pear for a coaching gig.

There is a vacancy for a SANFL coach but surely not Marty for that spot. I'd offer that position to Andy Otten and if he wanted allow him to play on as Captain Coach, be great for the new recruits and youngsters finding their way in the game to have him out there for on field direction..

I'd vote for Inanimate Carbon Rod over Burton for the role.

Anyone else think Kris Massie wants a job at the club? His twitter comes across as someone trying to impress Fagan and Burton.

Tate Kaesler, Team Defence Specialist Coach
Tate Kaesler has a wealth of experience as a player and coach. He notched 180 games with SANFL clubs North Adelaide and Sturt, winning two best and fairests and three premierships in the Reserves. He possesses a diverse coaching history spanning almost two decades, beginning with the Sturt Sabres Basketball Club back in 1996. After retiring as a player in 2007, Kaesler fed his desire to stay involved with football by serving as an Assistant Coach for the U20 South Australian State Team of 2008. He then joined Adelaide’s coaching ranks in a development role in late 2009 and was tasked with developing Adelaide's young forwards at SANFL level. Kaesler's role now focuses on refining the Crows' defensive structures under Senior Coach Don Pyke.

Another 10 year hack who wouldn't garner a skerrick of interest from another AFL club. I wouldn't have thought it possible to read a less inspiring work history for a role as important as team defence.

The lack of votes for Shutts is disappointing. He’s horrible at his job.

I don't think he impacts on our ability to win games of footy, so I couldn't give a shit about him unless he's about to do a Trigg and ascend to the CEO position. But, as far as I know he didn't teach at Saints and nor did he spend 2 years as an extremely successful SANFL coach.

He'd still be decent back up to Talia, Harto or Keath if we needed it. Given our picks and the strength of the draft, it's going to be an interesting off-season. We might cut a bit deeper than we ordinarily would and see a couple of surprise departures.

Jesus, no wonder our defense is so fragile. If it wasn’t for Talia, we’d be slaughtered.

Wrong attitude mate - he’s been absolutely shit at his role; if you want a culture of perfomance and accountability, he’s got to go.

Shutts will tell you how good Shutts is at his job. The guy is way out of his depth.

He has 0 respect from the local media which is pretty hilarious given he’s one of them. His right hand man has now moved off in to politics so it’s a good opportunity to bring in someone with some understanding of the media landscape and how to respond when shit inevitably goes wrong.

You can rule out Burton and Hass.

Jobs safe according to Theo Drop on 7 news.

Club to tweak some systems instead..

Then it’s rebuild mode if they screw it up next year! In my opinion, don’t f****g top up with expensive off cuts like the Pear, fight other teams to get up in the draft and trade out some experienced players with value, get dead wood off the list, players don’t want to be here, trade them, but channel Dodoro and make them pay overs and p**s off all the gold passes for staff and players, pay to get the best (what we have always been promised). Go hard or go f****g home!! I don’t care if we lie to the media, every decision needs to start with... “will this win us a premiership!” If the answer is no, don’t do it!! Sick of accepting this crap! We are not the pear stuck on a spin cycle..... Rant over.

Everyone needs to bombard Fagan with emails asking when the independent external review into the catalogue of off field failures will begin.

Make it an expectation, not a murmur that can be ignored.

if the fan base did this and the club listened and the results did not deliver what people wanted it will be view as a review with results pre-determine.
So fans are just better off sending emails stating why their think some people should be sacked.

Nah I think people just want an independent spotlight shone on what's going on down there
