i think the cats will play the saints 1st round of the finals, think if they can get past the pies this weekend then they should win all remaining games. Dont see anyone else winning enough games to get that 4th place.

Pies have an easy draw if they win, though. Saints, Port, Swans, Freo. But they seem to like losing the games they should win.

Saints have Pies, Freo, Crows, Bombers... I seriously can't see them winning all 4 after the shit game against Eagles.

But yeah... Who cares who finishes 4th, it doesn't matter! ^_^

I agree. Only problem for St Kilda in bold.

I still want colonwood to dispel the erroneous myth that they "match up" well on us by giving them the mother of all hidings! That match will be one to savour for the ages. :thumbsu:

Most of the saints list is soft. Except for clint jones. He's a legend.

Saints almost beaten by a team that officially has the cue in the rack on the weekend. Really hard to see them making 4th. Love it if they get to the GF though - oddly if they make the finals I think they are a chance.

I'm torn between this and the comedy option which would be them just flat out missing the finals.

If they miss the finals and don't bounce back quickly next year it'll be good bye Mick. And if they are smart (big if) Eddy too.

SEN would go into meltdown.

Me too. I thought Bucks' comments were interesting - basically said that he invites the media attention whilst complaining about it.

It really will not matter who finishes 4th we play at 'home' in all our final Saints will finish 4th Sydney have hit the wall and the Kangaroos play us. Imagine if they had have actually penalised Sydney in the draw for having an extra player on the ground...interesting I think

i really wanna play collingwood for some reason
in a day game- not in a night game
i dont no wat it is, but the 2 times we've played them in night games ive always gone thinkin indecisive that i thought they (pies) were gonna win
and day matches, are, different against the pies?

it would be great to see em first also cause the pressure would be off a bit cause they have the second chance, not as many nerves

although i really dont want or think pies will finish forth, or even in the 8, the way they are playing

I did myself up a little table 2 weeks back based on the draw, for all teams still a top-8 chance, and projected wins and Saints came up 4th. Only tip wrong so far was Collingwood against Hawks, and that has no effect save pushing Coll'wood further down. They and Adelaide the sliders. North the other main chance for 4th and it may well come down to having to beat Geelong at Skilled to get enough wins up.
FWIW, here is the projected 8, with W-L-D:
Geelong, 20-2
Hawthorn, 17-5
Bulldogs, 16-5-1
Saints, 13-9
Sydney, 12-9-1
North, 12-9-1
Coll, 12-10
Adelaide, 12-10

So who do we lose to?
