Just thinking how often would you reference classic simpsons moments in your every day life and is it socially accepted by those you hang out with ?
If a situation comes up that has a negative result i'll say boo-urns (more for self amusement) when i do it around people some people get the reference + have a chuckle and others don't. Of course there are some that DO get the reference but think it's absurd someone would be using it as a current day reference.

I was saying Boo-urns.
In a few cases i don't think it's the fact they don't know where it's from, but it's the fact that i am referencing a cartoon that may be best left in the past. However i think a lot of the references from The Simpsons (the BEST years) are still quotable today.
