Peri Peri Chicken tonight...Get around it.

I pointed at it on the board, the girl didn't even know they had it, it must be brand new.

Off topic (it's the bigfooty way!) but while in Canada we spent well over 30 minutes trying to get a movie and pizza deal that the chick in the store didn't seem to know about. Worst thing was the deal kept flashing up on a plasma screen but only every 4 minutes, and no matter how many times we'd point and YELL for her to look at the screen, for reasons unknown she would refuse! It took for us to demand she call head office until we got the deal, even then it was reluctantly

What's worse is we used the free movie tickets to go see The International... ****!

foot long meat ball sub
Italian herbs and cheese
old english cheese
toasted
lettuce, olives, cucumber

had that the last three days, seems to be a winner at the moment

I have three that I rotate between.

I always get a foot long on Italian herbs and cheese

* Meatballs, tasty cheese, lettuce, onion & capsicum (toasted)

* Chicken fillet, tasty cheese, lettuce, onion with ceasar sauce (not toasted)

* Pizza sub with lettuce, cheese, onion, capsicum and pineapple

Over Subway atm. Lived off it during exam period and it kind of ruined it for me. Plus I'm a vego and the options aren't that good: veggie pattie which is flavourless and doesn't go well with salad, or plain salad.

Southwest sauce is great though.

Seafood sensation
Pizza

I love these two seven dollar subs. I do not toast these ones. Great value for a footlong.

- footlong
- Italian herbs and cheese bread
- toasted
- chicken fillet
- old English cheese
- tomato
- cucumber
- capsicum
- onion
- carrot
- southwest sauce
- salt and pepper

- 2 x double choc cookies
- 600mL Coke

This thread made me get Subway after work guys, feel proud. Normally I run with footlong wheat/a chicken combo or steak and cheese/cheddar/minimal salad/southwest.

But today I wanted to be different. Footlong IHC w/ chicken teriyaki (hardly had this), old English cheese (muchhhh better), every salad bar olives, usual southwest sauce w/ salt and pepper (never get S&P).

Surprised to say it was pretty good and I'll be changing it up more regularly.

I eat Subway almost everyday because I'm too lazy to make lunch so I have to mix it up otherwise I get sick of it. Tried the pizza sub for the first time today and I can assure you it won't be the last. Always toasted for mine, nothing better than melted cheese.

Went through a 12 month period of getting a pizza/meatball or steak and cheese sub 5 days a week.

This was untill some random America pointed out that the vegtables they add actually well past their used by date and look presentable purely because of the chemicals they are transported in. I dissmissed his comments untill I looked more closely at the Tomatoes and now tend to agree. I don't think its completely due to his comments but I now limit my subway to once a fortnight.

I usually prepare every meal I have, but subway is a decent and convenient option whilst on the road. Probably averages out to once a month.

the last several years I have generally gone with;
Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki
6-inch Wholegrain
No Cheese/No Toasted(not a fan of either)
Lettuce, Tomato, Onion and Black Olives
S&P
Sweet Onion or Sweet Chilli sauce

But I remember before then, round 2004-05, I adored the Pizza/Spicy Italian subs. When the Spicy Italian vanished, I was usually too lazy and went for the safe option in SOCT and never looked back. Generally I am a seafood eater, but the seafood subs on offer look a bit sickly.

****, keep seeing this thread and it reminds me how hungry i am for some subway

I haven't been near a city with a Subway for 8 weeks and I've been craving it for 7 weeks and 6 days. This thread is torture.

The last occasion I had Subway was many months ago at the Elsternwick store. The sandwich maker was very rare with the filling. There were about seven gratings of carrot in my footlong Vegie Delite.

The vegetables that Subway use are certainly not fresh.

It's shit food.

Usually pretty plain with my sub to be honest.

Foot long on italian herbs and cheese, subway melt for the meat (turkey, ham, bacon). Double tasty cheese, tomato, lettuce, ranch dressing. Always toasted. Plus a couple of cookies and a large cup of their dodgy watered down coke. I think I may have found a way to make healthy food unhealthy :o

I hate this thread.

Going to buy more 4th footlong in two days for lunch today. Before that it'd be one every few weeks.

Got a new fav - multigrain bread, roasted chicken, tasty cheese and honey sauce. Getttttt on it.

Footlong Subway Club or Roast Beef with all the salads (including jalapenos, of course), honey mustard sauce on honey oat is my go to.

Or a toasted footlong meatball with old English cheese and all of the salads.

I like salad.

My base I think is the chicken teriyaki, although I mostly have seedy bread, with all kinds of meat(turkey, chicken roast beef salami), gherkins chilis and spicy sauce.(and cheese, baked)
I don't eat ofte though because I don't like the quality of the bread and it is expensive . (seriosuly 5 € and more for a sandwich with stuff on) I mostly eat at uni , where a sandwhich (proper bread rolls not this squishy stuff) for half the price.

Probably had it twice.
Shit food is shit.

I've had it once. Like the idea of the joint, just the food didn't grab me. The bread was that sweet it almost tasted like a biscuit. I was watching Man vs Food the other night and he went into this sandwhich joint in San Fransisco called Ike's Place. Just looked awesome.

I want me some of that.
