That was one of the best and worst matches I've ever watched. I was absolutely frustrated in the first half, almost getting ready to turn the tele off in anger, but I persisted and the third half was amazing. That final quarter was one of the best things I've ever watched... Jack you are a ****ing legend. Our boys stood up, and I'm so ****ing proud. Don't care if we lose next week, we've done so well.

Great seeing the emotion in jack, Btw. He's so proud of himself.

I loved the third half too Blur :thumbsu:- it certainly felt that long. AMAZING match, one of the best I've seen.

I love this ****en

I love the supporters, we didnt know each other but we abused/Hi 5'd/celebrated/hugged and damn near died from nerves together

I love the players because they dont give in

I love our president because he is truly one of us

****EN CARN THE MIHTY WOODSMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This. I'm happy to see Eddie, someone who really does love the club and who is craving a premiership as much as the public supporters, up and about showing so much passion. :thumbsu:

That win tops anything I've felt around this club since 1990.

Was an amazing win, against all the odds, and made better by a woeful first quarter.

It's always better to win a game with the last kick of the game then it is by 10 goals, even if it gets the nerves going.

I was the only one around us who saw the Jack free kick, everyone else had given up, I was abusing the umpire and he finally paid one.

A great win, by a great club, in front of 35,000 of it's truest and most diehard supporters.

THE HANGERS ON, THE BANDWAGON JUMPERS weren't there tonight, like they were in the 02 prelim.

I love this club, and what a Saturday this sets up, 2 sides both playing for a crack at a Grand Final.:D:p

May we all give thanks for the greatest sporting club ever put on this earth: Carn the Pies!!!

Reminds me of the Sydney comeback against the Cats in the 2005 Semi Final, the year we went on and won the flag. Let's hope this is a good omen for the Pies :)

Haha, was just saying that to my mates before, that Sydney won that Geelong final at the SCG like we did tonight, then went on and created the miracle against StKilda in the Prelim and WCE in the GF.

Hope it happens again, was a fairytale then, and I hope to be there again for another one.:p

how good was it at the end seeing Eddie hugging his kids and the family showing emotion. Best president ever

There wouldn't be another president in the competition like him. A friend who's a doctor was seriously concerned about his blood pressure at the end.:p

Eddie's a legend! He gets bagged by other people, but his passion for this club and how much he has done for this club can't be questioned. Love him!:thumbsu:

Ummm. Hold on. You don't care if we lose next week? Seriously?

I think getting into the prelims with such a young side would satisfy me, as long as we went out with dignity against Geelong. Not that I'm saying I wouldn't want to get into the GF, but I'm proud of the players regardless.
