Benign neglect? Sorry, can’t help. Ours flowers in Autumn, fruits in winter. Strong cutback after fruiting might be the answer

Is it the self pollinating species, if not then you need to buy a second vine to assist in pollination, in fact just having a second vine would improve things too. Make sure you fertilise too, sulphate of potash helps promote flowers so you could try that otherwise apply a fruit and citrus food. Cow and horse poo too.
