I like Myer. Multiple brands in one location, usually good sales on.

That said I like going there once or twice a year. People who go clothes shopping every other week need their heads read.
I agree, I loathe clothes shopping.

I only go clothes shopping a few times a year.

Ditto - mainly for their specials on business shirts.

Rays outdoors was alright.

But MacPac is waay over priced imo.

I miss Rays also

Got a lot of winter type gear, especially thermals from them prior to winter trips to North America

I've also got a really nice winter jacket with a removal hood - it's like mid-thigh length, very warm and only cost about $60

MacPac just isn't the same

I was toying with getting one when i get my new Ute, but ill probs just camp in a tent. Easy to pack up and go away for the day if needed
Something like that would be great for carpark camping and/or if you are staying in the one spot for a few days they look decent imo.

But if you wanna do shit, gotta pack it up
Pros and cons I guess .

I was toying with buying a tent on my next Tassie visit.
Unsure .
Port Arthur is cheap and I can cook there...got a fridge and cooking etc.

Really only east coast..

Watching vids people seem to set up early in the afternoon at camp sites...
Heard stories of people/families bully people out .

Plus you don't need to do it often. Clothes are resource intensive so shouldn't be thrown away after 2 or 3 wears.

Harris Scarfe been done up from my last visit there.

I've got some stuff from there.

I can't believe Harris Scarfe is still a thing. Shut up shop in WA years ago then apparently tried to relaunch two stores before the last closure in 2020.

Usually we are where retail stores go to die. Hence Blockbuster and Sanity were still going here until the 2020s.
