This was actually my first thought when I saw him walking the boundary yelling, the thing is how exploitable could this be for opposition coaches?
 
Good question I guess, but say you use Giansiracusa's comments tonight i doubt there's much the opposition is gonna get from that.

Calling a service provider and not having to be on hold for over 5 minutes. The first person you speak to can resolve all of your queries. That person is pleasant and helpful and understands what you are asking for, even if you don't use technical terms.

In an ideal world this is how customer service works. In the real world it is hard to come by.

I have had some absolute nightmare phone calls with Bigpond & Telstra. Commonwealth Bank are always very good.
 
The Indian based call centre of 3 Mobile used to be consistently outstanding when they were around. They would always understand and sort out any problems I had quickly and easily. The knobhead Australians in the stores would do nothing but stuff things up.

My praise was for Cha! You call Telstra expecting the worst, when you get what you are after without repeating yourself over and over again for the voice recognition and then you don't get transferred once you think you are some VIP customer like all the companies advertise on commercials
