Came home for the weekend, and my sister who has an exam on wednesday spent it by the pool. I'm so bloody jealous, i've got a group presentation due wednesday that we've spent hundreds of hours on, worth less than her exam, and we've still got so much to do. What's the bet that she gets a better mark though

Exams or assignments? What do you all study that you have so much work on? What is so never ending? Or is it similar to most other places where they get bogged down in crap that isn't relevant instead of just doing what needs doing/teaching what needs to be taught instead of some useless pontificating assignment that will be forgotten about 5 minutes after its done.

Getting called in for an interview tomorrow, however have a party tonight and won't be able to make it.. they name Wednesday or Thursday during the week and I am working at my other job Thursday so declined then but I made it clear any other day would be good. They said they would definitely call back in the next few days, I hope they do. -.-

Well when you have already made plans, and organised lifts, presents, etc it's a bit hard to just drop the party with half an hour to an hour to go before you get picked up. Especially if you forget to tell someone and they then turn up to pick me up or something along those lines.

Plus asking for an interview on a Sunday morning when its late Saturday afternoon/evening is a bit rich, the Thursday I probably should have taken and had my other shift off.. we will see what happens.

Edit: I obviously also didn't tell them it was for a party, I just said that I was busy and had made plans already.
