I'm losing weight and I get home and weigh myself all clothes and bag on. Then one by one take everything off with anticipation.

Crazy that I'm lighter now with my bag and work clothes than naked 7 weeks ago

I wonder if police/detectives walked into my house what they would note at different times. For example, if there are dirty dishes left in the sink, they might think we left in a hurry. Or if the place is clean and tidy, they could think we are organised and take pride in keeping the house clean.

Started at 75. Added 2kg muscle. Hit 70.5 this morning.

Been living on air fried fish and chips salad and schnitzel

Keeping to 5.5kj after exercise is tough to the point that any luxury goes over
 
I want to lose 3-4 kgs but I have not been in the gym for two weeks and probably add another one week. Just too unwell.

Oh but I've still got my ****ing appetite dw about that :rolleyesv1:
Weightloss is about the food. Exercise is about fitness and wellbeing. Cut calories in. Way easier said than done :'( There are apps that can help with that...

It takes a few weeks to supress your appetite. Initally it was so ****ing hard, now I can fast after a big meal. I've eaten 4Kj in one meal this morning. Will go to the gym, have a small meal after, and then fast.
