Always divide my dinner into 2/3 and 1/3 no matter how big it is, so I always get seconds.
Did this when I decided to lose a few kgs. Always went back for 2nds when having pasta, so now have a smaller bowl in my first serving. Go back for 2nds and both are equivalent to my normal 1st bowl. Never hungry after, it was just a habit.

I bounced around on the spot while waiting for traffic lights to turn green to keep warm. Been doing it ever since as a force of habit regardless if I'm the only one standing there or not :p
