I do big brekkies so I don’t snack before a late lunch. Usually involves some cereal (oats generally but sometimes some Cheerios, weet bix or rice bubbles) toast, fruit and some yogurt. Sometimes a smoothy too.

If I'm working from home and doing video calls internally i always put a work polo on. Casual is ok but i reckon if you're wearing work gear people have more of an impression that you're actually working (not watching Major League 2 as I intend on doing today)

I've been listening to this one piece of music non stop for 2 days. I won't reveal it, because its a part of something much bigger. Don't want to give guys in the song contest any ideas.

Yep agreed, and I was in work shit as well so getting oil out of shirt and pants is a campaigner or you basically toss it anyway.
