The real answer is neither. We have a very competent coaching panel overall, unlike the past few years. Hird does deserve some cudos for bringing the group together though, so i voted for him.

Well Hird was part of the decision to bring Thompson in, so he at least gets credit for that. In reality the whole coaching panel, the players, the board and the supporters are all part of our rise this year but since this poll wants a simplistic answer - Hird.

Alot of opposition supporters seem pretty quick to write off Hirds influence.. Why?? Im sure alot of people hope he fails...
