Throwing with your non-dominant hand

I look like an absolute ****** if I throw overarm with my left hand. It is just so hard to tell my brain how to do it.

In year 12 in PDHPE we had to learn a skill, and I decided to learn throwing left handed at stumps....but I couldn't, so I changed to throwing underarm left handed, and did that much easier.

It helps when playing cricket at least.

I can bat with either hand in cricket, I dont find that too difficult. Prefer my right side but if I were paratlised on my right side, the left side would do

Cant really throw left handed. I wish I could do things on both sides of my body. Life would be so much easier.

Im right handed so i throw furthest with that hand. However, over shorter distances (10-20 metres) im much more accurate with my left hand altho distance wise there is no comparison. Im left footed and handball better with my left hand as well.

I play a fairly high level of cricket, and I throw like a ****ing fairy with my left hand.
