To be fair some of our blokes pay thousands per year for a membership, they kinda are entitled to tickets.

First year members shouldn't be allowed finals tickets

(Assuming Richmond get to the GF) Richmond members who were NOT at last year's GF should take priority over the ones who were.

I dont believe there actually is a queue, and it is just random when you get through. Today i logged in on phone at 8:51 and PC at 8:59. The Pc got through at 9:01, phone didnt til about 10 past.

I logged in on 8:50am and got in at 9:30am. You must be right about it being random.

yeah this is correct - i logged on with 2 different browsers (about 5 mins apart) and it was the second one that got through first.....also had a moblie browser open....so seems pretty random....

I doubt the queue is a proper queue with the person at the head being served first.
I also think there are separate mobile/pc queues and they do some sort of reset shortly before the sale time.
For pretty much every final I go in at 8:57 on the mobile website on a pc and I get through within 30 seconds, where as from the posts I have read here it seems anyone who goes in 10 or 20 minutes before sale time sits in the queue longer than those that join at or just before sale time.

It would be great if we could get some answers from Ticketek.
