Some of you need to chill out, be better than geelong supporters.

We dont need to wish injuries on anyone or hope someone evens it up.

Just be content in the fact we win when it really matters.

Also the thread is about Stewart and Prestia

The two examples Stewart is using is also horse shit, both examples the players involved never left the ground and in the dangerfield case it was head against head clash. The Reid on Fyfe one could have been the same if Reid jumped off the ground when he hit Fyfe.

If cats get 3 weeks it will be the most biased BS we have seen in years, the fact the AFL is only asking for 4 also is a joke. What a shame of an organisation.

AFL'S SUBMISSION

AFL counsel Nicholas Pane is speaking and reiterates its want for a four-week suspension.
"The bump was delivered by Stewart at speed after he'd gone past the ball with Presita unsuspecting and vulnerable to being injured," he said.
"The Injury suffered by Prestia, concussion, is a serious injury in itself.
"It's the very type of action which can cause serious injury."
He says players in The AFL have a far greater understanding of concussion than they did even 18 months ago in the Dangerfield incident.

so its a serious injury but 4 weeks should cover it, FMD

By definition, the hit resulted in a mild traumatic brain injury (i.e., a concussion). They should really be using the correct terminology here to underpin the severity of the injury. Symptoms typically resolve within 3 months, give or take, but can persist depending on pre-existing factors.

This can't be the maximum sentence the AFL can give. This is a way worse look than Toby Greene touching an umpire.

Here's a tip, if most cats fans are happy with 4 that tells you that 4 weeks is insufficient.

4 weeks is what it will be, there will be a riot if he gets 3 that they are asking for. It's what I said earlier, as soon as it was classified as careless and not intentional, it was never going to be more than 4.

Which is where the system is broken.
