So glad he has got the boot. He just seems so smug and up himself. Could not stand him hosting this show.

Now all they have to do is take it back to the one hour format, imo. (What does everyone think about the 2 hour show anyway?).... Imo, there is too much bullshitting/ crapping on and they could easily cover everything in an hour or an hour and a half program.

Funny how noone comes up with a counter-argument, other than derogatory name-calling. Collingwood supporters are less likely to be real football people. When it comes to matters football, Collingwood promotes itself to the lowest common denominator (ie those that don't really understand competitive sport and have never played the game or been involved at some level... a club membership or going to Collingwood games every week does not equal involvement). Obviously there are some exceptions, however across the board Collingwood supporters are less likely to be real football people than those who support other clubs. There is a distinct correlation between the amount of people involved in football clubs all around the country, and the amount of people within these clubs that don't follow Collingwood as opposed to the community at large. I take it you don't fit the criteria of being a football person.

You seem to peddle this concept around in every thread you contribute to, bit of a hobby of yours is it?

FWIW I barrack for Collingwood and play footy. 5 or 6 members of our team of the cenury are/were Collingwood supporters, and Collingwood supporters have won 4 of our last 7 senior best and fairests. I'm sure you consider these exceptions to your rule, but seriously you're as much of a generaliser as Hitler.

I have never heard a man laugh at his own jokes so much as he does. Just to make the next seven weeks even better for you all, he is on leave for 7 weeks from C9.. Don't know whether he will be on 927, but I don't think he will be..not sure, maybe with a bit of luck, he may not have a job when he gets back to 9..lalala, "We should be so lucky"...The only time I watch 9 is Missing Persons,and RPA..Nothing else on there worth watching.C7 is killing them at present..

Guessing you are referring to Naylor's son? The same with Edna Richards funeral.

News directors more and more now are pushing these personal angles, and in both cases he's got a close relationship with Naylor senior sitting next to him reading the news for a number of years, and Lou/Edna, as apparently it was Lou that got him into Channel 9 (so blame Lou if you guys must).

Just think that's more the News director influence telling him to report in that style (in those cases only, generally agree with the other sentinments on here).
