Seriously, I doubt you could have been doused because you were protected. So if I was the Arsonist, the GA would have info (I think)

I don't think protection stops a dousing does it? GA protecting also happens before arsonist dousing.

The target would've been allocated not chosen
And if Zerg dies then they become a survivor without vests as per the OP and can win that way
