Can’t work out the Dicko re-signing, will struggle to play 5-10 games next year imo.
Whilst his form trend isn't great, he is still only 31, wouldn't be on big money, is one of very few natural forwards on the list and brings much needed experience.

As long as our medicos think he's a fair chance of getting his body right, he's best 22, low cost and clearly worth a list spot for mine.

Roarke hasn't impressed as much as any of the other young players this season, but that being said he certainly wasn't bad. Certainly looked like he's getting more comfortable.

My biggest issue is the huge amount of depth we already have at that offensive backline position; JJ, Richards, Suckling, Crozier, Hunter, Williams, Caleb's been moved there, Lynch...And we've already seen all of those guys up forward at times because of the excess we have. So yeah, I don't think Roarke is bad, but is he going to be good enough to justify keeping him on when we have needs elsewhere and are already stacked at his position? Dunno.

Williams looks set for the midfield. And I'd suggest hunter would move back to a wing as possible with JJ. Suckling is nearly done and Richards's I'm a big fan of forward of the ball, will clean up our entries nicely. In saying all that smith is still depth

He's just not quick enough. It can't be hidden.

He's never going to get a game ahead of Crozier, JJ, Richards or even Lynch for that reason.

It's the same reason Roberts and Collins never got games.

JJ, Crozier and Suckling the only clear backs there for mine and Suckling hasn’t got long left. Richards, Hunter and Daniel will float through at times but aren’t backman and it appears Williams is earmarked for a possible midfield role.

At worst he’s cheap depth on a nothing contract, and can play a role in the team. He’s missed years of footy with injury so he isn’t done developing. With the expected high turnover of the senior list, I don’t have an issue with keeping him on for another year to see if he can continue to grow.

In the end 4 out of 10, 2 out of 10, is just their opinion. ****wits the both of them.
If someone can remind them that our "irrelevant" club beat Essendon and North and checking the finals schedule, none of us are playing next week anyway.

If you rate our year anything more than 4/10 you are kidding yourself !

Don’t be so touchy to criticism !
We need to look hard in the mirror to improve.

We aren’t irrelevant - but that’s just Barrett - most non bulldogs would ha e the same if not harder judgement on us

Where did this Jake LLoyd to Gold Coast thing come from? I've seen it posted a few times but can't understand the reasoning behind it.
Waiting for a better deal than is being offered plus has a connection with Stewy Dew doing his apprenticeship at the swans.

Players? You mean more than just Dahl?
Doubt Dahl news comes out. He’s going to the cats but they’re in finals. Probably won’t hear anything official on the Dahl front until geelong are out of contention I reckon. Same goes for Roughy and wherever he’s headed. Possibly an announcement from a club that both are exploring free agency.
