Not sure if it’s been posted but there is a post on Twitter to Stevo stating Adams requested a trade on Tuesday in his exit interview, stevos reply was there have been murmurs about it for 3 weeks.

No idea of any inside info just posting what I saw on Twitter

Pretty much all of this is factually incorrect and made up I would say.

Take the comment on Redpath.
I know for a fact that Jack and his surgeon have arrived at the conclusion that Jacks knee cannot hold up to the riggers of AFL and a decision was made by Jack to talk with the club and negotiate an early exit. He could possibly play on a competition with far less rigger than AFL.
Once those discussions have concluded with the club, there will be an announcement.

Yep, saw that also. Would think late second would get it done, marginally better than where he was drafted would be my guess.

Less than many here would think. P25-45 IMO.

Yep, saw that also. Would think late second would get it done, marginally better than where he was drafted would be my guess.

Yeah I’d say mid to late second rounder given he is contracted, gives a little more leverage on the clubs side. Problem is deep don’t have a second rounder and west coast only have 20 that’s too early and 35 that’s probably not quite good enough and I think he suits free better than west coast

Adams might request a trade but I don't see either suitor having the right assets to get him. Unless we are talking future frat picks.

Adams is a top quality backman, for 5 games a year. 5 game a year players are not worth much. Still it frees up some salary cap and allows us to have an extra player for 17 rounds of the year..

depends what free agency picks we get if some players leave as well this year

If he gets a bid around 12 or 13, he’d cost an end of first round compo (dal) and 3rd round compo (Roughead).

My understanding is that Adams’ request wasn’t necessarily to go back to WA, but just to be traded generally.
