Sneaky shit is not an issue. I congratulate them for showing the initiative.

Don't release the details of the deals until they have happened, then people won't get pissed off. If you are correct, and the jack Gunston deal is an integral part of the MD pick 2 - people can judge it on that. People can look at the deal and say, yep, that links to that and that links to that and we have ended with a fair deal. However, at the moment, their is nothing coming out way bar speculation and innuendo and in the past, dealing with other AFL clubs and the AFL themselves, have burnt us.

If the jack Gunston deal has nothing to do with the MD 2 pick - it's just smoke and mirrors stuff to hid a mega loss. Announce it all in once go, or nothing at all.

So basically, they should have announced nothing, and the Hawks shouldn't have announced Gunston was signed, and GWS/GC shouldn't have mentioned the deal they done.

You can only deal with facts, and at the moment, we have no facts that imply that deal is going to happen.

We have confirmation from Silvagni that it will happen today or tomorrow. Today's trading has finished, so tomorrow it will be. It has to happen tomorrow before the requirement is up for the AFL. Emma Quayle and Jake Niall, who are both excellent journalists with high reputations and they would not have published that article or tweeted about it without some solid sources themselves. Emma Quayle was the one journalist who knew the Crows strong interest in Dangerfield prior to that draft.

You will NOT get a club to come out in the media to say exactly what they are planning to do before it is fully signed off. To ask and expect that shows a height of naivety that is unbelievable.

Noble would NOT say anything too much to dumb and dumber. He is always going to talk around the situation a little bit, because the paperwork hasn't been lodged as yet.

OUR Pick 10 and the Phil Davis compensation pick (because it has good vale) will get that over the line, nothing from hawthorn.

Mate you need to learn to zoom out and look at the overall picture, there may not be a direct link between all these trades however there is an overall means to an end....

As others have said let's wait until Monday and assess the overall ins vs outs rather then getting stuck in the weeds at a trade by trade basis
