Having AFL commentators and sanctioned figures of the game publicly pitching in their view on a 6 or 8 week ban is surely some basis for lack of procedural 'fairness'.

I agree with you on that. Should of just been the KISS method. Simple and deny their allegations pretty much standing firm on the fact it was a legal bump and footy act not high contact
