It’s looking less likely each year now. Might depend how busy I am towards the end of Jan.thewitness you going to do your annual prediction list again?
Welcome to Adulthood :0)This is finally the year I'm too old. I usually have a playlist of around 50 that I cut to my final 10 but I've only ended up with around 20 in it this year.
I listened to the expected top 20 and I genuinely have never heard of half of the songs and thought it was mostly rubbish. I've made the switch from radio to mainly just listening to the stuff I'm used to plus a couple other areas of niche.
Good list, had Highlands too, absolute bangerWas much easier to cut it down to 10 this year.
Highlands is such an excellent track and was easily my number one.

It's catchy, but it pales in comparison to her singles from Fever.I know there's a lot of 'boomer' early generation H100 fans that would criticise the modern lists, but in all consideration for both popularity and "Triple J-ness", is Kylie Minogue's track considered good?
My 10 for the year.
Arlo Parks - Weightless
boygenius - Not Strong Enough
boygenius - Emily, Im Sorry
The Rions - Scary Movies
The Moving Stills - Westside
Polaris - Nightmare
Jungle - Back on 74
Felivand - Not Your Fault
Milky Chance - Colorado
Teenage Dads - Teddy
Yeah, I doubt Not Strong Enough and Leaving the Light will be the top 2 (even though I actually wouldn't be unhappy with that). Both look like they should be top 20-30, but recent trends suggest an unlikely top 5.Warm Tunas has a top 10 up, although I don’t think it is currently very accurate at all.
Might be time to jump off Paint The Town Red if Tunas is even remotely accurate, but then again… Yeah it’ll be top 5 at worst.Yeah, I doubt Not Strong Enough and Leaving the Light will be the top 2 (even though I actually wouldn't be unhappy with that). For me, it's hard to see Rush or Paint the Town Red not the winners (leaning towards Rush taking it out).
What’s their top 10?Back On 74 at number 7 is kinda hilarious. I’d never even heard it, won’t make the 100 much less the top 10.
Tik Tok affect in action there.Back On 74 at number 7 is kinda hilarious. I’d never even heard it, won’t make the 100 much less the top 10.
