It was the assistant manager that was being referred to, not a player.
And from one tweet with a translation of what the 4th referee said, it seems the ref didn't know who the guy was/what his job was

Ok now that I’ve looked into it, seems like a complete overreaction to me.
That happened after. The 4th official was talking to the main ref when after one of the coaches on the bench (assistant coach Pierre Webo) did something that he thought was worthy of sending off, and used the Romanian for "black guy" in describing him, hence what Demba Ba said to the ref afterwards.

Demba Ba confronted him but the comment was made regarding the assistant manager

The situation is not exactly black and white (pun intended). There is a nuance here and when that nuance is taken into account this appears to be an overreaction.I must admit, I don't really see what all the fuss is about either, yet at the same time I know I'm saying that as a white guy so am not the best person to adjudge the situation.
I really feel for the fourth official on this one.
I thought the PSG result doesnt matter.what if Istanbul win haha
I thought the PSG result doesnt matter.
I could be wrong though.
I guess... enjoy the Europa LeagueI've been informed that its irrelevant because of home and away results which is ******* bull sh*t, it should be goal difference
I guess... enjoy the Europa League
Didn't even know he was playing. Somehow managed to almost get it saved. That did not look offside for Minamino.
