Poor challenge. Deserved red. Hope Martinelli is ok.

Reckon you were on the money til the red card.Arteta says Partey, Tierney and Zinchenko will be in the squad.
2-1 Arsenal.
What an enigma Xhaka is.
It's going to be interesting, seeing as the club has done such a great job in slashing their wage bill. Nketiah reportedly signed a 100K/week contract, which places a marker for the likes of Martinelli, Saka and Saliba. They would be worth 150K+/week each. Will the club loosen their purse strings or keep true to this 'salary structure' they've apparently implemented? I'd like to think they did away with the expensive deadwood so they could retain these young guns we have. The fans serenaded him with his song at the end was great to see, can see what it means to him. Amazing redemption arc. In superb form at the moment and Arteta deserves a lot of credit for that as well for his loyalty to Xhaka and transforming his role into that advanced left sided 8.
Saliba was ******* sublime last night. Showed much more maturity and composure than his older and more experienced CB partner in Gabriel. This bloke is only 21, he's already the best defender at the club. If we can lock down that contract extension (which I imagine would be after the World Cup), that would be brilliant for the club and a real statement made for the trajectory over the coming years.
He's probably the best CB in the prem at the moment let alone Arsenal.
